Pricing It Right IS The Key!

326 Bayberry Drive, Kingsport TN I recently listed a very nice home that has been on the market, with 2 other Realtors, for the past couple of years.

At my listing appointment, I was very honest with the sellers and told them that if they want to sell, their home MUST be priced correctly for TODAYS market. I convinced them to reduce the price and their home went under contract in 2 weeks!!!

Sometimes it is tough to be honest with our clients because we don't want to hurt their feelings, but, honesty truly is the best policy in business.
