Included:  credit & histories verified, law firm approved & drafted leases, security deposit held at Wachovia bank, monthly drive by's, quarterly walk thru's & safety inspections, rents collected, invoicing, office staff, accountant, broker involvement, law firm, etc.

Good information for sellers who do not want to sell now but want to sell in the future. If it is not their main residence, the can always rent for a while.
