Pipers Cay is a fairly new, small TH community in West Palm Beach, FL with very close proximity to the airport and the Wellington area. It's quite lovely and beginning to grow considerably. Since selling seven at new construction, however, the market in the area has plummetted and now I have three short sales available in there. It's a good time to buy, no question and the rewards are great.
