What's it all about?

As an Ol' timer of real estate (25 years) but a Newbie to the Blog world, my question is,

"What's it all about?

Is AR a lead generation site?

Is AR educational?

Is AR motivational?

Is AR Social?

Is AR informational?

Is AR good for networking?

And lastly, maybe, is AR addicting?

After reading, sharing, commenting and now Posting I would have to say the answer is YES! It really is all of those things and probably more.  Now the trick might be in learning all there is is to learn here and properly using the correct blog features to produce the desired result.  It is looking like I can learn some from reading but much more by doing, hence, this is one of me first posts and I am placing it on the Newbie site so as not to look like a rookie, even though I am. (Isn't it funny that even in this virtual/reality world we are still concerned with what we "look like".)Anyway, this post probably helps me more that you but I promise to reverse that once I become more proficient and comfortable in here.

Any words of advice or encouragement you are able to toss my way is very much appreciated.
