Spring is here! Or is it just on my block?

I think the spring market has finally arrived.  Or maybe it's just the concentrated 10 homes for sale on my own block.  Located just one block from Kenosha's beautiful Lake Michigan, parks, and countless rec activities...it's a pretty desirable area,  at least for those who know better.  This elegant Queen Anne Victorian says it all for the block. It's one of the few still available and would be a joy to own for those with a heart for early 20th century architecture and fabulous, one of a kind neighbors, of course.

We're excited to welcome new neighbors and sad to say goodbye to the old.  Real estate turns with the seasons.  Spring is always a time of renewal and change.  It's so much more personal when it's happening right outside your door.
