I know its January in Minnesota and it's supposed to be cold but I just returned from showing a bank owned property that had no heat turned on at all. This particular home was built in the 40's with plaster walls. I am wondering if anyone has experience with what happens to plaster walls that have been exposed to -10 degrees.
My experience with sheetrock is that many of the nails and screws used to affix them to the walls will pop and result in some significant cosmetic damage to the wall.
