Ahhhhh Silverlake Pearland. The first area to develop on the far west side of Pearland. Southwyck and Silverlake have been around since the early 1990s. In the last 10 years, development close to hwy 288 has really exploded. Now Silverlake and Silvercreek have many small subdivivisions within that are quite nice. With the Southwyck golf course, multiple lakes, several pools, and lots of walking trails......Silverlake is a much desired area to be. Especially if you want easy access to hwy 288.
