We asked a number of people...clients and non clients alike, to see what their thoughts were in regards to what they look for in a REALTOR. Good things to keep in mind as we start the year and reassess who we are as REALTORS and where we want to be!
That is a great list and each point on that list I strive to do better each day, even if I don't have it written out as a list. Maybe I should print it out and keep it on my bulletin board so I can review the list frequently and make sure I'm working hard to better serve my clients...
Agreed. Every point is very important in the list. To me, fast response and professionalism are more important than anything else.

Olga - That's a great top ten list. I think professionalism and a good listener are the most important. Then all the other one should fall int place.
