Like Madonna in 1984, I also dedicate my first blog to all the virgin bloggers in the world LOL! I am excited to join the already thousands, better yet millions of bloggers in the world! I am even more excited to share my thought on the Real Estate market and how it has done a 180 in the last couple of years... WOW!
Although Madonna was talking about ...ummm her fear with a man and how she eventually knew that he would take care of her is really synonymous of how many buyers are now with Real Estate. Buyers are listening so much to the news and how the sky is falling, and really they should be focused on what Real Estate will eventually do for them long term.... They are so worried that they will lose money, when in actuality this is the absolute BEST time to buy! Donald Trump always says... Buy Low!
I am in the South Suburbs of Chicago. I work the Will and Cook County are and the amount of deals out here is almost as if the new name for Real Estate should be WalMart! It should be illegal... LOL
Anyway, I look forward to keeping you abreast of what's going on here, as well as what's new in the foreclosure arena..... By the way, if you have some tips for me on how not to screw this blogging thing up..... Let me know!
