Summary:
· Alpharetta and Cumming stats are surprisingly similar in home sale declines, both in number and average sell to list price ratio
· Both show moderate declines in avg sale price although we know the median sales price has decreased by about 5% in this area. Much of this is due to credit markets tightening and larger/jumbo loans being harder to get, thus more people buying homes $500k and less.
