Have you always wanted to have a place on the lake?
How about a place in the mountains and close to 5 major Ski Resorts?
How about both! Well there are quite a few neighborhoods in Summit County where you can. Lake Dillon, or sometimes called Dillon Reservoir affords a number of reasonably priced properties located a stones throw from the lake. The two towns located around the lake are Dillon and Frisco. The Dillon Marina is very popular.
In Dillon: Look for Marina Place, Lake Cliff, Spinnaker and Corinthian Hills.
In Frisco: Look for Lake Forest, Prospect Point, Lagoon and The Towers.
