The Bluffs Subdivision of Shell Knob, Missouri is a great close to town place to live. The utilities are all underground. Community well water, community sewer system and electricity are to all the lots for sale.
The Bluffs Subdivision is one of the nicest of all of Shell Knob and with excellent neighbors. It is only a short 1/2 mile walk to town. The restrictions are for 80% brick or brick veneer homes and the minimum home build square footage is 1250 and with a single car garage. The annual subdivision dues for a lot are just $100 and the annual dues for a home (when built) is only $500, which includes your community water, community sewer, garbage service and road maintenance. The roads are currently chip and seal and hopefully will soon be blacktopped. We are located just off MissourI Highway 39 about a half mile.
Turn on Needle's Eye Road (Lk-Rd 39-9). Then drive about a half mile. Turn left at Brick Ln and You are Home! Take either the first left on Summer Place or the first right on Winter Mist Lane to observe some building lots on each street.
