How Low Will You Go.....to sell real estate?

Multiple Choice:  1) Sub zero  2) not below freezing  3) prefer 50 and above  4) all the preceeding answers

The weather affects so many things in our lives, but real estate agents are very similar to the US Post Office.  Through any type of weather we will go in search of the ultimate deal.  For much of January the northern US from Seattle to Maine and parts of the deep south have been dealing with record breaking snow and cold weather.  Erie, PA currently leads the eastern division of the Great Lakes Snow Derby with 99.7 inches of snow.  Buffalo, usually referred as the snow capital of this region, only has 67.5 inches.  I doubt that we will beat Marquette, MI, 130.7 inches for the entire Great Lakes Region of the Snow Derby. But it is only January!!

Well Mary in our neck of the woods it's usually when is HOT too HOT!  But it's rarely too hot or too cold, too rainy, snowy or windy, for me to show property.

Ideally, 75 and sunny with a slight breeze is when I love it the best!!!

All the Best!

Well I wish I could relate but it is mid-January and 75 degrees here!  We really need rain though so hopiing this warm spell ends soon.  It is great for showing beach homes though, they sell thenselves in this weather.

Well, in the last couple of days, it's been about 30 below zero, and as much as I hoped clients would cancel .... no such luck ... so I go quite low. :)

I'm looking forward to the 2 months of sunshine in this country. LOL

brrr... We had a pretty good snow storm this year. Definitely nothing like what you have however our plow truck drivers have never plowed before.

And the environmental crowd has such infulenece we don't use salt.

1 inch just about shuts thing down.  Makes things interesting anyway.

Mary, here in Florida we know when it's getting too cold up North.  Our phones start ringing more with calls from people trying to get to find a warmer place.  On Saturday morning alone, I got a call from Indiana and Kentucky within just an hour.
