Your headline and blog participate in the Recession you say you do not want to acknowledge.  I think brokers should make it a moratorium to do any comments, blogs, or conversations about it.  It becomes a worn out record, saps your energy and is not the case in every market. These are the best of times for those with savings, that cash in the historic low bank rates and that seize new media options to promote property.  There is always a market and adjusting the sails to catch the wind is where all the effort and passion need to be directed 24/7.

Andrew and Perrin - While my business continues to be steady, I know of brokers that can benefit from this and see no reason why I shouldn't provide information on opportunities for continuing education, especially when offered by an associate of mine. I am happy to hear that you do not need to avail yourself of such a seminar. Others are not as fortunate and do want additional motivation and training.

Hi Bill - Unfortunately I am tied up that day but do hope that others are able to benefit from this experience. I have had a professional coach for years and she has certainly helped me with keeping things on track, through good and "bad".
