I just want to say THANK YOU for the power of AR. With consistent blogging & immediate response to phone calls and emails I've captured more leads in the last month than I had all of last year from "unknowns/people outside of my database".
Thanks to AR I'm receiving phone calls on a weekly basis because of my high visibility on the web due to AR. I now have listing appointments with 3 new customers that have the potential of 6 listings among them. The AR community has been great with multiple agents looking to refer Buyers to the Atlanta market.
Consistent blogging on valuable information on pertinent topics has been wonderful. I know that as I expect to refer a number of people moving out of the Atlanta area this Spring (young doctors all over the country). I will be turning to the AR community to return the blessings bestowed upon me so far & for those that I know will continue to occur. The kicker is that AR has been completely free. The information I've shared here is what also goes in my newsletters & contact with my sphere. I haven't had to increase my marketing budget for AR - it's just a habit of spreading the same quality information with those who can benefit from it.
