I've offered free home warranties, helping people move, even a baby sitter. Heck, I've gotten a father to the birth of their child. Wrote about that one a couple months ago and feel everyone should offer something to the clients or their is no reason for a client to refer them.

I like the 8 hours of handyman services... I might steal that one.
