No 35 minute inspection here, my detective eye and curious nature won't allow it. Couldn't believe the skimpy four page inspection report sitting on the kitchen counter at one house gave any potential buyer a warm feeling.
Had three 'price shoppers' for a home inspection call me today. After explaining my thorough services, report, follow up and experience, two booked their inspection right then. The third called back an hour later and said two other inspectors didn't answer their phone, one said such a low price they couldn't believe (yes sir, you get what you pay for nowadays) and the client also said viewing my website helped him choose my services as well as gauging how other inspectors conduct their business. I look forward to inspecting his house and addressing his issues to my favorite question "What are your concerns or fears about the house you buying?"
