Has your REO business Picked up?

By
Real Estate Agent with Shinsky & Assoc

Did anyone else notice their new BPO and REO business completely come to a halt almost in November and December of 2008? I sure did! I tried to look at it as a blessing in disguise since I never take time off but I sure am glad things are rocking and rolling again in January! I've been busier than ever since the first of the year and loving every minute of it. Texas hasn't been hit as hard as other areas but I'm experiencing about 5 to 10 new BPOs daily with listings coming back in around 3 to 5 a month. How are other areas doing?

Well things here are picking up in the reo business too. My bpos slowed down but seem to be picking up quite a bit. Thats good, now if you can get the asset companies to start making thier decisions a little faster without so much him hawing around. I have a friend that also sells reos and she is so swamped right now that she wont even call to go eat lunch anymore. lol

Nita  !! Yea we need to do some more transactions together. Not sure where thier office is now but it would be good to see them again. If they had time for the little people maybe we could go to a board function sometime..But i know thats asking the impossible !!!!!!!!.
