Lead companies

By
Real Estate Agent with Silas Frazier Realty, LLC

With today's market, agents are looking for better ways to get new clients.  Are lead companies good?

If you know any good ones please post them for the community.

It's not a game, it's your life.

I feel that the best lead sources are referrals.  Go out and about to local businesses and introduce yourself.  Many people are affected by the housing market and all of them will probably ask questions that will allow you to show your expertise.  Good luck!

I would love to be your Realtor® in Akron Ohio!

IMHO, they are all a waste of money. I tried several companies as a source for new business and never sold a thing from their "guaranteed leads". They send you anyone who even clicked on their site, mostly all lookie lou's.

Silas, I must be to early to get any positive leads on leads, so far the consensus is don't bother paying for a service, I must check back on this post to see if any constructive advice comes of your question.

A good way to understand why most of the leads generated by these companies are no good, is to recall where you have seen the link.

I have looked up car dealers, and found a link to lending Tree that I am sure will sell any names retrieved from there to 3 or 4 Realtors.

It's a long shot.

PPC is better.

Natural SEO better yet.

IMHO

I'm with the first comment referrals are the best lead-I have never used a lead source company because I have never heard of anyone having any luck with them.
