My wife, kids, and I got to spend some time in Philadelphia during the Christmas holidays. None of us had ever been there, but my wife has some family living in the town so it was a good reason to visit with them as well as see a few sites. Even though it is a giant city, it really is quite a pretty place.
Philadelphia is where the founding father's signed the Declaration of Indepnendence in 1776 and later is 1787 signed the Constitution. It was also the first capital of our great country. There is a lot to see there and we could have spent a lot more time seeing sites while we were there. Lots of history and lots of museums. Below are a few photos. Enjoy.
