Average days on the market for a lot like this is 202 days.  Can one of you help me break this average?  Great price for this beautiful lot with no Homeowner's Fees.  A lot of the homeowner's associations are in trouble financially from owners not paying.  Beware of bad debt on the books.  This is a much better option for your buyer.  Thanks, Kelly
