The easiest Chicken Casserole ever!

Real Estate Agent with Harry Norman Realtors GA#255705 NC#204194

Here's a quick, easy recipe for a great Chicken Casserole

Rotisserie chicken, you can usually find it in the deli section of your local grocery store

2 cans of cream of chicken OR cream of mushroom soup OR a combination of the two

8-16oz of sour cream (I use about 16oz but 8oz is good for most people)

Ritz Crackers

Half stick of butter

Pre-heat oven to 350. In a baking pan, tear and place pieces of chicken until you cover the bottom. In a large bowl, combine soup (do not add water) and sour cream. Pour on top of chicken. Crumble a pack or two of Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top. Melt butter and drizzle over crackers. Bake for about 30 minutes and Enjoy! You can also add sesame seeds on top of the chicken if you want.
