I did finally recieve a contact from my web designer. He has promised me a site by February 2nd and has offered to host my site at no charge to me for the rest of 2009 (a $550 value). Now I guess I just need to wait and see what the site he designs for me looks like and then I can make a final decision. It seems to be such a frustraiting situaion, I really like the behind the scenes that he offers, and I have seen another agent in my office that have had a lot of really successful leads from her site. I guess I will just have to wait and see what happens.
