Bargain Real Estate In Michigan! It's time to buy!

It is the prime time to purchase in Michigan! The Michigan Real Estate market has been depressed, however,  there are many bargains available due to numerous foreclosures driving prices down.  As a 30 year veteran, I have never seen such great values.  First time buyers and investors should take a stronger look.  Like anything else, buy low and hold on until the market comes back.  Let me know if I can be of further assistance with your Real Estate decisions.
