In our office's weekly update on the Kapalua Resort, we met with the Director of Sales for the Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences, Kapalua Bay. It was reported that they had five new fractional sales over the past eight days, totaling nearly $3,000,000.
Our office also noticed increased showings and activity in the resort over the past two weeks, as we move into what is historically our busy season on the island.
