A Breath Of Fresh Air

Today America welcomed in our new President . Wasn't that an exciting history making event. I am sure so many of you watched this today. So many people !  They said 2 million were there . Americans are looking for " The Change"  I don't know about you, but I truly believe a change is going to come. I feel good about the change and our President seems to genuinely care about America and Americans as a whole instead of just "The Politics ."  It's truly a breath of fresh air. I feel like a new day has dawned in America.. Like they have been saying "I am fired up and ready, aren't you?"  Through all of this I have truly recognized that Realtors are truly survivors!

Sellers may not be doing as well but people are buying..... which means houses are still selling.

In Pensacola over 300  homes Sold for the month of Dec. and 7 sold out on the beach for the month of Dec.  This is all during the Christmas holiday!

   Have A Good One!

Change is coming, that's for sure, but it doesn't look like it will be because everyone is working together. It's still politics as usual in D.C. I do hope Obama can break down the political walls in D.C. He's got the charisma, and I think he has the talent if he doesn't get burned out and frustrated.
