In the 4th quarter of 2008 you can see large increase in
days on the market. The average price per square foot is hovering around $180/sf. Another decrease occurred in percentage of list price received, which averaged under 90% for the 4th quarter. Net sold price averaged at the lowest since 2.5 years ago ~ $556,303.
