Wow...you got it! This is the most exciting investment strategy I've run across in a long time. I know that these vehicles are not new but, taking into consideration the curent economy....we know we have to do something else w/our monies in IRA's to attempt to recoup what we hav lost! This appears to be a quick, easy, manageable way to accomplish all of those woes!!! I'm happy that folks are coming into the reality that we can 'have it all' again in Real Estate.
I've never been a 'stock' minded person...the majority of my portfolio is in real estate... Even with the decline, the benefits are incredible in Real Estate Holdings. Right now..I wish I could sell everything and take advantage of the bank owned....foreclosure....excellent investments that are available right now! I can't be more excited than to assist anyone who is interested in using their IRA to buy real estate today. I have actually offered the 10% SECURED return .... it's a really good deal for all.
