Unique architecture in Croatian village replica.

One of the most unique developments in North Texas is the replica Croatian village Adriatica. Located in Stonebridge Ranch in McKinney this new mixed use development will combine town homes, single family homes, condos, commercial and retail space. Some of the retail and commercial development is complete along with a few town homes. All buildings are built using stone exteriors. The village is surrounded by stacked rock walls. The concrete streets are patterned to resemble cobble stone. Retail development currently includes a dental office, several shops, a Starbuck's, a restaurant, a postal store and several specialty shops.
