Yes, I can't believe it actually. If you ever have anyone looking for Bella Luna condos, I have a 3 bedroom that there that the owner needs to sell badly. They rent well.

Yes, there are first come first serve spots on the exterior of the marina. That is where we park our boat I have seen boats as big as 50 feet do the same. It's actually not that big of a deal to have your boat there for a week then take it back to Zekes or whereever you dry store it.
