I think you could enter any number of states here, Minnesota comes to mind quickly, or Canada locations - anyway - it is just too dang cold!!  And I am sick of talking about it, writing about it and living it.  Sunshine PLEASE!!

April - Every time I read a post like this from one of my friends in the north, I am thankful that I am in Texas.  It is currently 75 degrees, sunny, and breezy here in Austin.  Sorry - that probably just seems mean of me to say that, huh?

Jason - I don't take it as mean - I WANT to live vicariously through you and pretend I am there - I can feel the nice warm breeze.... even it's just in my mind - if I stand by a heat vent I can pretend  -- am I sick or what?  LOL

I see you started at 65 above.  That's cold for most Texans!  Houston in January 75 degrees!  Love it.  Yes, it gets hot here in July, but we don't have to shovel humidity!

Jeanne - I was talking with a Texan the other day and he said he was freezing, when I asked what the temp was he said 65 degrees.  I told him it was wind chill -30 here and he said he couldn't imagine!

April - I love it.  I could very easily substitute Minnesota for Wisconsin - it's the same.  A year ago I actually started to enjoy being outside during winter (as an adult) and continue to walk 3-5 miles most days, snow shoe, and now starting to cross country ski (after a 30 year hiatus).  Some days it's a little more uncomfortable than others, but generally I love being outside year-round.  Did I mention that I'm a hockey Mom and some days it's warmer outside than inside watching the games?  Anyway, thanks for the chuckle!

I'm with the Georgians, 40 degrees is about my cut off limit and I really don;t like it to be that cold.
