Importance of Pre-inspecting home for sale

company banner The importance of pre-inspecting a property has relevance in that all the possible problems that may come up before closing are clearly defined and can be addressed before an offer is accepted. This allows the owner to correct problems ahead of the closing time constraints. It also provides a higher comfort level to prospective buyers. Granted the expense of inspection usually falls on the buyers plate, but the benefits outweigh the expense.

I always tell my buyers the inspection is the cheapest insurance policy you will ever buy! Would you rather spend $350 now or $10,000 later when your heater doesn't turn on or you start to move stuff in to the attic and find loads of mold.

Welcome to the rain and keep the good advice coming.
