We believe Lancaster PA has a lot of growth. This is apparent to anyone who has seen numerous lots of farm land(there's still plenty left don't worry) bought up this past year to make room for new reidential and commercial zones. People have been moving to Lancaster PA in heavy numbers since 2001 and this trend hasn't changed. We hope to see Lancaster's ranking improve next year.
