Interest rates part 2

Unfortunately interest rates are on the rise again.  Since the inauguration interest rates have gotten worse every day.  I hope they come back soon but we may be seeing the tail end of the outrageous rates I've been enjoying for the past month.  USDA rates continue to be in the low 5's on a 30 year fixed.  It's a great program as it's a true 100% loan with no monthly mortgage insurance.  Killer deal!  I am always happy to answer any questions about loan programs and can be reached at 417-888-0114 ext 307.
