Real Estate Agents! Never Again Disappoint Unqualified home buyers.

By
Mortgage and Lending with Wealth Builder's Network, Inc.

In a market where tightening underwriting guidelines are making it increasingly difficult to qualify for mortgages, savvy borrowers are finding that following a few simple credit score-improving steps gives them greater control over their credit scores. By increasing their scores, borrowers often secure loans at better terms and lower rates than they would with lower credit scores.

There are several simple steps that borrowers can take to raise their credit scores on their own, but consumers have avoided taking many of these actions simply because they seem counterintuitive based on hearsay and erroneous assumptions about the intricate and complex credit scoring process. A qualified Mortgage Planner will guide borrowers through the nuances of the process of improving credit scores to purchase a home.

Wealth Builder's Network's Buyers Credit Coach program offers hope for these consumers via highly specialized virtual coaching that shows them the value of credit and a better way to gain control of their credit history. By Partnering Wealth Builder's Network, agents can give potential customers who have credit issues a path to Homeownership.  Wealth Builder's Network offers debt management, credit counseling, mortgage plannings,  and financial education programs.  We are skilled at working with the would-be buyers to clear up their credit problems.

Once the client's credit score improves, it's time to purchase a home. The important thing is to work with a mortgage professional who can give your client's a roadmap to follow and a strategy for success in purchasing a home and building personal wealth.

I just went through this with a client not more than a week ago. He wanted to buy a home and qualified for a loan but not at the terms he was happy with. I told him some basic tips on improving his credit and referred him to our lender that we use in this office. He was very grateful for my help and is going to seek me out again in a few months when he gets his credit improved. I also forwarded your post to him for help also! Thanks for a great post!

Shameca,

I think it is really important that buyers undersstand how to get their credit on track before getting into a mortgage.

I agree Rebecca.  Especially if the buyers credit scores on all three bureaus are not above 740.  That would mean there are definitely some things they could do to improve their credit.  We give every client a free credit analysis which breaks down the 5 eliments that make up their score and give them a written strategic plan for increasing their scores.  Our clients love it!
