Where do you find a gym in Lone Tree Colorado?

The closest gym and the only larger gym in Lone Tree is in the Lone Tree Recreation Center. The Rec. Center is located South of Lincoln Ave. near Skyridge Medical Center. The Rec. Center is managed by South Suburban Parks and Recreation.

Residents of Lone Tree receive a resident card and are eligible for discounted classes and activities.

This newer rec. center offers cardio and weight training equipment, running track, basketball and racquet ball courts, aquatics area with lap pool and rec. pool with slide, and an aerobics room. There is also a nursery to drop off your kiddos while you work out.

Lone Tree rec. center offers personal training and variety of fitness classes. Plethora of other classes and activities are available as well. Also for children and seniors.

The Karate at Lone Tree rec. center comes highly recommended by parents and participants alike. Both adult and youth classes are offered.

South Suburban Parks and Recreation is Celebrating their 50th Anniversary and has special anniversary activities scheduled for you, check out 50 cent Fridays.

HOURS:

MON - FRI 5 am to 10 pm

SAT + SUN 6:30 am to 7 pm

Note! 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the Month the hours are from 6:30 am to 6 pm
