I own a 2-Family in the Helderberg Neighborhood of Albany, NY, right near St. Peter's Hospital.  The apartment will be available March 1st.  We are listing the apartment for $950 a month.  There is a full kitchen, bath, dining room and living room as well as washer and dryer.  On-street parking.
