According to Forbes Magazine Washington, DC tops the list of the best places to buy Real Estate in 2009. Citing the soon to be larger Government as the main factor. All the new federal programs will need office space & the employees will in turn need homes.  Washington, DC moved past the perennial top picks of London & New York.
