In this slower time period, Keller Williams Ballantyne has pulled out all stops for classes. With the newest being 36:12:3 and I'm in my 2nd go-round for these classes. The energy from newer agents that have joined, and they are seasoned agents, is electifying. I have learned so much from them. We have re-visitied how to make your customers the top priority of your business. Learning how to keep in touch with them and how to work through your Top Producer 8i which has been a challenge. I am committed to not using this program this year as an address book. Sessions are ongoing for our agents to learn how to put their data bases to use and set up their personalized action plans. Dave Lodhal, a professional agent assistant came to our class today and we all got AHA's from his methods of touching and keeping up with your clients and assisting them to learn about the market from you the EXPERT in your market. Union County is my specialty and I look forward to serving my clients better by learning from Dave. What a great teacher. Classes are going Saturday and Sunday afternoon, January 24th and 25th with mini sessions on Top Producer and Monday and Tuesday evening, January 26th and 27th.
