Any investor will buy a house if the price is right, but if this investor is buying homes anywhere near the asking price then something is fishy.

Hey Wallace, I'm with you on this. I just posted a similar blog becuase we are seeing pop up from all over claiming to be "experts" and "guru's".
I am just asking people to check their credentials, BBB standing, and track record. We work with a lot of title companies and agents that bring us deals, so luckily we are a good resource for a lot of people, but unfortunetely not the same can be said about other people that are trying to take advantage of homeowners right now.
