Nervous about letting the seller remain in the house after closing

I had a seller asking to remain in the house after closing. I was very nervous about doing this.With the advise of my buyers attorney, we held $1000. in escrow.The sellers would have that money released after my final walk through. I had no problems and thank the attorney for his advise.
