So it begins.  2009 is here and has been for 3 weeks.  Everyone has the holidays past them, I even suffered a birthday.  Thankfully the weather has been between 40 and 70 here in Colorado Springs (people were watering their lawns this week)  All I can say is WE ARE READY!  Home buyers are going to start coming out of the woodwork ANYTIME now!  Interest rates are low, home price's are low, inventory is shrinking, builder incentives are high, we have a new president, the weather is nice.
