Hi Everybody,

I just joined Activerain and I am very impressed by the subject matter and discussions that I have read so far. I am a Realtor in New Jersey and realize that, while how we conduct our real estate business may differ from State to State, our basics are the same. I look forward to sharing experiences with you and improving on my effectiveness as an agent as a result.
