How do I find out Homes sales per month in my area ?

By
Title Insurance with Pyramid-Home-Inspections.net

Anybody got that info ?  I would like to know the actual number. Then I can try and get my share.

Im trying to consistently always do 12 home Inspections per month. If I can do 12 or more I could

be a full time home Inpsector.

David - I can't speak for California since I'm in Hawaii.  But if you're like us, the statistics are available from your multiple list service.  If the taxkey is provided with your data, you can easily do a sort based on location.

your local real estate board will have those stats and happily share them with anyone who will listen.

Yes I agree the local board of Realtors should be able to give you those numbers. Or maybe this blog will find a local Realtor that will do it for you.

better yet - find a local agent to share the info with them, offer them something in return so you can get their business and then get more referrals

I would start networking with agents in your area and try to get in good with a couple of top sellers and you can start sending business back and forth.  Good luck in your new venture!

If your local Real Estate Board doesn't have the numbers, you might try the county property appraiser/or California equivalent.  They normally have the info and usually charge for the service.

Easier...though it wouldn't tell you FSBO's....just ask an agent if you don't have access to MLS to look up the solds by area, city, county, etc. from one date to another..voila !
