There is a perfect storm of a buyer's market in Williamsburg, Virginia. Never in my 11 years helping folks buy and sell, have so many homes been on the market with interest rates so low. Usually, the lower the rates, the fewer the homes for sale and vice versa.
I guess buyers are waiting for the bottom of the market, but they will only see the bottom through their rear view mirror. Now is the time to make the bottom!
