Lake Isabel is located just outside of Lake City, Colorado, famous for Alferd Packer and his humongous appetite for his fellow man. Even with its questionable history, this is a wonderful place to camp, hike and enjoy Colorado's exemplary outdoors.

Lake City is on the western slope of Colorado - the closest city would be Gunnison. Lots of second hones and vacation cabins in Lake City and some wonderful campgrounds.

This is an absolutely gorgeous photograph <3 How ever, as a local, I would like to point out that the lake's name is San Cristolbal - Not Lake Isabel :]] And for all those wondering where this is, this lake is near Lake City, Colorado.
