As business just in the past week or so is starting to pick up for me, I am reminded of several things that I need to get accomplished as I just may not have the time here soon. I thought that I would share my to do list and see what other suggestions that you all may have to be ready for the Spring season.
Out with the old, in with the new-I always feel so much more organized and ready to go after I clean out the past years files from my office. I keep them handy, but not right in my file drawer.
A little reminder-I like to send out a copy of the HUD statement from all of my closings from the year prior with a note reminding them to take it with to prepare their taxes.
Homework- I have been reviewing some of my favorite real estate books and pulling out some ideas to try for the coming year. Join Active Rain-check!
Hey Mr. Postman-I try to plan out my mailers as much as possible for the next few months and get them ready...Of course, things will have to change for just listeds/just solds etc, but at least you can have newsletters, seed packets whatever you mail out all ready to go.
Inspiration-There is no time like the present to get those positive and creative juices flowing.
Watch "The Secret", listen to "Eye of the Tiger" get yourself fired up.
Count your blessings-Take some time out for yourself and for your family. Pretty soon our lives will be lots of late nights and weekends and it's our family that a lot of times sits on the sidelines cheering us on and waiting for us. Tell them now thank you and how much their support means to you.
