Home Inspections for existing Home owners

By
Title Insurance with Pyramid-Home-Inspections.net

Im looking to really inform existing Home owners on the value of a Home Inspection.

Why? Over the years systems get worn and outdated. Eventually things start to fail. Plumbing

problems appear, electrical problems manifest themselves, roofs are at the end of their life. etc....

Every system in the house is getting close to its usable life. Wouldnt it be cost effective for a Home Owner

to have a professional come in and give a detailed analysis of the existing condition of the home ?

Then a Home owner could plan for  the repairs and catch them before they totally fail !!!!!  Saving thousands

of dollars of in the process.  Please take a minute to analyze this bit of wisdom as a  cost saving method

for our most valuable possesion.

Sincerely.

Hello David,

For a number of years my partner and I have pressed the issue of home owners having their property inspected for general maintenance purposes, or if they are considering listing.  You and I both know the finanacial consequences the various inspections can have on the transaction.  The realtors know too.  We created a wonderful eBook called the 27 Dollar Home Inspection with the home owners in mind.  It was set up to show a home owner how to pre-inspect their property and care for those issues so often overlooked.  It is a wonderful compilation of the heart of our work.

Do you know that people have not been interested?  Just this past month I sent out a postal card offer to my most trusted realtor base offering the book for free along with a homeowner's consultation for $95.  How good is that.  For $95 I will drive to their house and tell them what they should take care of.  No written report, just a verbla walkaround based on the books contents.

Guess how many have taken me up on the offer?  Zero.  A few downloaded the ebook but that's it.  I don't know what else I could do.  Maybe raise the ebook price to $500.  That might establish some value.  I believe people are so depresed by the news that anything of value is just cast aside.

Sorry for the rant.  Just seems a shame.

I would like your opinion of the book,  It is avaiable for free until Feb 8.   Email me and I will send you the link.  It is not my intention to advertise on your blog.

I call that my MAINTENANCE inspection. I do about three a month, usually for the brothers, sisters, moms, dads, sons, or daughters of people who have had my STANDARD inspection on a home they were buying.
