Fellow agents,
I am still trying to get a grasp on how I can pick up listings from expired listings and FSBOs. I have driven around and knocked on doors. I have combed the papers and the hot sheets, but it seems like 95% of the phone numbers I find are on the Do Not Call list. Is there some loop hole to the Do Not Call? Does anyone have any tips or tricks for getting listings? That is if you haven't patented it and are selling it already.
