How do YOU contact expireds and FSBOs without violating the Do Not Call restirction?

Fellow agents,

I am still trying to get a grasp on how I can pick up listings from expired listings and FSBOs. I have driven around and knocked on doors. I have combed the papers and the hot sheets, but it seems like 95% of the phone numbers I find are on the Do Not Call list. Is there some loop hole to the Do Not Call? Does anyone have any tips or tricks for getting listings? That is if you haven't patented it and are selling it already.

I have marketed expires and have received reply but after mailing them a package with helpful information on perhaps why their home did not sell.

Charles, if you figure it out - let me know.  I have tried the mailings without success.  There is one agent here in town that gets many of them and I know she calls - not sure how she gets around the DNC or if she just chances it.
