Every year I write down everything I'd like to achieve in my life that I haven't already if money and resources were no option. You will be surprised at how many things you will check off at the end of the year just by writing it down. If you don't have a plan or know what you want you'll never get it. Whether it's visiting the President at the White House selling 5 more homes than last year or being a better Realtor they are all attainable if you want them badly enough. So tonight, get a blank sheet of paper and a quiet room and think of what you want to accomplish and write it down! My kids do this every year and you'll be surprised at the results! Make 2009 your turn around year and don't let the economy get in the way of your career.
